About the Role
The Odoo Consultant guides clients through successful Odoo implementations, ensuring their business processes are optimized, streamlined, and fully supported. The role is primarily functional and advisory, with enough technical understanding to evaluate solutions and collaborate effectively with developers. From analysis to delivery, this position ensures companies adopt Odoo in a way that supports efficient, scalable operations.
Responsibilities
- Analyze client business processes and translate them into an optimized Odoo configuration.
- Configure Odoo modules tailored to customer needs and guide them through the full implementation lifecycle.
- Advise clients on modules, workflows, permissions, data migration, and adoption strategies.
- Identify optimization opportunities and implement improvements within Odoo workflows.
- Apply automation and relevant AI insights to enhance efficiency and simplify processes.
- Stay informed about Odoo developments and provide proactive recommendations to clients.
- Collaborate with developers by leveraging technical understanding of Python, XML, or APIs.
- Support updates, functional questions, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of existing Odoo environments.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Odoo implementation or functional consultancy.
- Strong knowledge of Odoo modules, workflows, and configuration.
- Understanding of technical concepts (Python, XML, APIs) is beneficial but not central to the role.
- Analytical mindset with strong process-thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Ability to work independently and switch efficiently within a team environment.
- Native-level Dutch proficiency.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience collaborating closely with technical teams on integrations or custom features.
