About the Role
Elosi is seeking an Odoo Developer to join the Service Center team in Villeneuve d’Ascq. Reporting to the Operational Management team, the developer will work on integration and development projects around Odoo. The position involves designing and building custom modules and functionalities, as well as supporting application maintenance and evolution to meet client needs.
Responsibilities
- Analyze functional requirements and prepare technical specifications.
- Design and develop Odoo modules for both backend and frontend.
- Configure and customize Odoo based on client requirements.
- Integrate Odoo with third-party systems via APIs and webservices.
- Participate in the technical design of system enhancements.
- Perform development, unit testing, and functional testing.
- Manage deployment and production release of solutions.
- Provide ongoing maintenance, including corrective and evolutionary improvements.
Required Skills
- Degree in Computer Science (Bac+3/5) with at least 3 years of experience in application development, ideally with Odoo or Python/ERP environments.
- Solid knowledge of relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with ability to work independently.
- Motivated, creative, and passionate about ERP systems.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Proactive in identifying technological trends and proposing innovative solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Odoo frameworks and tools (Python, XML, QWeb, JavaScript).
- Knowledge of Git, Docker, and collaborative project management tools such as Jira or GitLab.
- Prior exposure to ERP integrations or custom module development.
