About the Role
The Odoo Developer will contribute to the development and maintenance of internal applications built with Python and Odoo. The role involves working with databases, collaborating with team members, and supporting the improvement of existing solutions in a Linux-based development environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain internal applications using Python and Odoo.
- Apply object-oriented programming principles and ORM to interact with databases.
- Participate in the design, maintenance, and optimization of PostgreSQL databases.
- Work in a Linux environment and use Git for version control.
- Collaborate with the team to improve the quality and stability of implemented solutions.
Requirements
- Proven experience with Odoo.
- Good knowledge of Python, including object-oriented programming and ORM.
- Familiarity with PostgreSQL, including queries, data models, and basic optimization.
- Comfortable working in a Linux environment.
- Experience using Git in a collaborative development environment.
- Knowledge of JavaScript, preferably with the OWL framework, is considered an advantage.
- Knowledge of XML is considered an advantage.
- Strong willingness to learn and develop new skills.
