About the Role
The Odoo Consultant role is responsible for managing and delivering customer projects from start to finish. The position involves working directly with clients to understand their business processes, demonstrate Odoo capabilities, and guide full ERP implementations. The consultant also coordinates with internal development and consulting teams to ensure successful project delivery and system adoption.
Responsibilities
- Manage and lead assigned Odoo implementation projects independently
- Act as the main point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle
- Advise clients on Odoo usage and identify process improvements and new opportunities
- Deliver product demonstrations to prospective and existing clients
- Conduct requirements analysis and develop proof-of-concept solutions
- Define development tasks for internal technical teams
- Support full implementation cycles including key user training and go-live activities
- Collaborate closely with internal developers and consultants
Requirements
- Completed higher education (e.g., business, finance, sales, or related field) or equivalent professional experience in ERP or finance environments
- Experience in project management
- Strong understanding of business processes and solution-oriented mindset
- High level of IT affinity and enthusiasm for digital solutions
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
- Ability to work independently and continuously develop professionally
- Fluent German and English language skills (business level)
