About the Role
The ERP Consultant (Consulente Funzionale Odoo) supports clients through the analysis, configuration, and testing of Odoo modules, helping them digitalize and optimize their business processes. The role involves direct interaction with customers, ensuring that their operational needs are translated into effective Odoo-driven solutions.
Responsibilities
- Analyze client business processes and propose Odoo-based solutions.
- Configure and customize standard Odoo modules.
- Prepare functional documentation and use cases.
- Support testing phases, user training, and go-live activities.
- Collaborate with the technical team to define customizations.
- Ensure long-term quality and consistency of the project deliverables.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of Odoo.
- Experience in ERP or business management software projects.
- Good understanding of core business processes (sales, purchasing, inventory, production, accounting).
- Strong problem-solving skills and active listening abilities.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
