About the Role
The Functional Consultant / Trainer & Odoo Project Manager will lead implementation projects for clients, ensuring that Odoo ERP solutions meet business needs. The role combines project management, functional consulting, and user training, with responsibilities spanning the full project lifecycle. This is a 100% on-site position based in Angers.
Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze customer requirements
- Write functional specifications and propose appropriate Odoo solutions
- Configure Odoo software to meet client needs
- Manage projects end-to-end, including scoping, planning, team coordination, and monitoring deliverables
- Train users and provide support during the change process
- Anticipate and manage risks to ensure successful project delivery
Requirements
- Experience in ERP project management
- Knowledge of business processes such as CRM, sales management, accounting, and production
- Analytical thinking, autonomy, and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills, teaching ability, and team collaboration
