About the Role
The Odoo ERP Consultant will join the team in Prague or Brno to support Odoo implementations for a diverse set of clients. The role combines business process analysis, solution design, system configuration, and user enablement. You will work both independently and as part of project teams to ensure successful delivery and adoption of Odoo ERP.
Responsibilities
- Analyse client business processes to identify needs and opportunities
- Design practical implementation solutions using Odoo
- Configure and adapt Odoo according to defined requirements
- Collaborate with development teams during implementations
- Provide training and support to end users
Required Skills
- Experience with ERP implementations (Odoo experience is a plus)
- Good understanding of business processes and workflows
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within project teams
- Strong communication skills and client orientation
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior exposure to Odoo specifically or other ERP systems
- Interest in ongoing learning and process optimisation
- Ability to bridge business needs and technical configurations
