About the Role

The Consultant role combines business analysis, client communication, and solution implementation responsibilities. The position involves working directly with clients to understand business processes, configure and implement Odoo solutions, deliver demonstrations and training sessions, and support customers throughout the full implementation lifecycle. The role requires a proactive mindset, strong analytical thinking, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze client business needs and propose suitable Odoo solutions
  • Guide clients through the full implementation and delivery lifecycle
  • Configure and support Odoo business solutions
  • Conduct product demonstrations and client training sessions
  • Support customers during onboarding and implementation processes
  • Coordinate required project resources
  • Help clients become confident and independent Odoo users
  • Collaborate with clients from Bulgaria and international markets
  • Support implementation projects across multiple business domains

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher education
  • Ability to understand different business processes
  • Good English language skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and apply new knowledge effectively
  • Interest in the IT industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proactive and independent working style

Nice to Have

  • Experience implementing ERP, CRM, or manufacturing solutions
