About the Role

The ERP Odoo Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end management of the Odoo ERP platform, ensuring its effective operation and ongoing development. The role includes gathering business requirements from different departments, defining workflows, configuring Odoo modules, and working closely with technical teams to coordinate developments, integrations, and testing.

The position also involves providing functional support to users, maintaining documentation, and identifying opportunities to improve business processes and system performance. This is a full-time, fully remote role involving collaboration with distributed international teams.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the implementation, administration, and continuous improvement of the Odoo ERP system.
  • Gather and analyze business requirements from different departments.
  • Define workflows and configure Odoo modules, including finance, sales, purchasing, inventory, and customer service.
  • Coordinate with technical teams to prioritize developments, supervise integrations, and oversee testing activities.
  • Ensure stable and secure ERP implementations.
  • Provide functional support to end users.
  • Prepare and maintain system documentation.
  • Recommend and implement continuous improvements to business processes and ERP tools.

Requirements

  • Fluency in spoken and written Catalan.
  • Strong analytical and planning skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Knowledge of finance and administrative processes.
  • Previous experience with Odoo ERP or similar ERP platforms.
  • Basic understanding of technical integrations, including APIs and databases.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Intermediate level of English or higher.
