The company is now looking for an experienced Odoo Developer to join the in-house team and contribute to the next stage of digital transformation.
About the Role
The Odoo Developer will be responsible for developing and customizing ERP modules to support evolving business needs. This includes backend logic in Python, integrating with internal tools, and supporting operational efficiency through ERP automation. Hands-on experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments is highly regarded.
Responsibilities

Customize and maintain Odoo modules across departments (Sales, CRM, Manufacturing, Inventory, etc.)

Develop backend logic using Python and support data operations

Build integrations between Odoo and other internal or third-party platforms

Design and implement APIs and automate key processes

Support internal users with documentation and training
-
Troubleshoot bugs and ensure stability of the platform

Collaborate with operations and manufacturing teams to translate needs into technical solutions
Required Skills

Solid experience working with Odoo (v14+ preferred)

Proficient in Python and Odoo ORM

Familiarity with PostgreSQL

Front-end knowledge: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, QWeb

Understanding of system security, performance, and scalability in Odoo

Strong debugging and problem-solving skills

Clear communicator, comfortable in fast-moving environments

Must be available to work onsite in Louisville, KY
Preferred Experience

Background in manufacturing, warehousing, or logistics

Understanding of accounting and inventory operations in Odoo

Experience with Git, Docker, and Linux environments

Record of contributions to the Odoo community or custom module development
