About the Role

The position is for a Functional Odoo Consultant responsible for supporting internal users and acting as a liaison with external Odoo support partners. The role ensures effective use, continuous improvement, and adoption of the Odoo ERP system across multiple business applications. Additionally, the consultant contributes to digital transformation projects for clients, implementing solutions through a low-code platform.

This role combines functional expertise, process improvement, and user support within a dynamic team environment, with opportunities to engage in both internal and client-facing projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the internal focal point for Odoo, providing guidance, resolving queries, and ensuring best practices across projects, CRM, sales, timesheets, recruitment, and other applications
  • Provide daily functional support, including triage, diagnosis, and resolution of incidents or requests, escalating to external partners when necessary
  • Act as liaison with external Odoo support partners, managing backlogs, prioritizing requests, validating solutions, and monitoring quality
  • Gather and structure business requirements, translating them into system configurations and process improvements
  • Configure Odoo workflows, permissions, fields, automations, and reports, ensuring alignment with internal processes
  • Support continuous process improvement initiatives and promote operational efficiency
  • Participate in client digital transformation projects using low-code platforms, collaborating with internal teams and client stakeholders
  • Produce functional documentation, quick guides, and deliver internal training sessions as required

Requirements

  • Proven experience with Odoo (preferably Odoo Enterprise) in usage or implementation contexts
  • Degree in Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, or equivalent
  • Experience in ERP implementation and integration projects
  • Strong understanding of business processes (e.g., sales, projects, timesheets, recruitment, reporting)
  • Analytical mindset, results-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing priorities effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
  • Attention to detail, rigor, and commitment to quality
