About the Role
The Functional Consultant serves as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the implementation lifecycle, from requirements analysis to the successful go-live of Odoo solutions. The role involves understanding business needs, configuring ERP solutions, supporting users, and ensuring long-term client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Gather and analyse client business requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional Odoo solutions.
- Configure and implement Odoo modules, including accounting, sales, purchasing, inventory, project management, and CRM.
- Prepare functional analyses and related documentation.
- Deliver user training and provide functional support.
- Collaborate with developers on custom developments and enhancements.
- Monitor project progress and support successful project delivery.
- Maintain strong client relationships and contribute to long-term customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Education and/or professional experience in management, accounting, business IT, or a related field.
- Previous experience working with an ERP system is beneficial.
- Experience with Odoo is considered an advantage for senior-level candidates.
- Junior candidates should demonstrate curiosity and a strong willingness to learn.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
- Good understanding of financial, commercial, and logistics business processes.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Customer-focused approach.
- Fluent French and Dutch language skills are required.
- English language skills are considered an asset.

- Valid Category B driving licence.
