About the Role
The position is part of the Odoo team and involves participation in digital transformation projects for companies across different industries. The role focuses on supporting business process improvement through the implementation and use of digital management tools.
Responsibilities
- Analyze client business processes to identify improvement opportunities through digital solutions
- Participate in Odoo implementation projects from requirements analysis to solution deployment
- Carry out functional configuration of Odoo adapted to client needs
- Prepare functional documentation, project documentation, and training materials
- Conduct training sessions and user support to facilitate tool adoption
- Collaborate with the technical team in defining new features and improvements
- Apply and share best practices in implementation and project management
Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of experience in roles related to business processes such as sales, customer service, administration, logistics, or consulting
- Experience with implementation or use of digital business tools such as ERP, CRM, or similar systems
- Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or CSS, with a strong interest in technology
- University degree, preferably in engineering, technical fields, or industrial engineering
- Experience with Odoo, even as a user, is considered a strong advantage
- Strong communication skills, including ability to interact with clients and present information in public
- Structured, organized, and methodical working style
- Interest in digital tools and business process optimization
- Ability to document and structure information clearly
- Proactive attitude with curiosity and willingness to learn and grow professionally
- Knowledge and use of artificial intelligence tools that add value and improve efficiency
