About the Role
The Accounting Functional Consultant role focuses on analyzing, configuring, and optimizing financial processes within Odoo ERP. The position is suitable for freelance or B2B contract collaboration and involves close interaction with technical and implementation teams to ensure accurate and efficient ERP solutions.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and model financial processes within Odoo ERP
- Configure and customize accounting modules in Odoo
- Collaborate with implementation and development teams
- Provide training and support to end users
- Test and validate accounting implementations within the ERP
Requirements
- Strong experience in financial and management accounting
- Knowledge of chart of accounts, financial reports, VAT, balance sheets, and accounting registers
- Experience configuring or using an ERP system (preferably Odoo)
- Analytical skills to optimize financial processes
- Ability to work with technical teams to define functional requirements
- Availability to collaborate for the duration of projects
