About the Role

The Odoo Functional-Technical Consultant plays a central role in the successful implementation of Odoo solutions for clients. This position involves managing projects from needs analysis to user training while ensuring smooth coordination between technical teams and business stakeholders. The role requires strong ERP knowledge, project management experience, and excellent communication skills to guide clients through every phase of their digital transformation journey.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze client business requirements.
• Draft detailed functional specifications and propose tailored Odoo-based solutions.
• Configure and customize Odoo modules to meet business needs.
• Manage project lifecycles, including scoping, scheduling, coordination, and deliverable tracking.
• Conduct user training sessions and facilitate change management.
• Anticipate and mitigate project risks to ensure timely and successful delivery.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and maintain strong client relationships.

Required Skills

• Proven experience in ERP project management and implementation.
• Strong understanding of business processes such as CRM, Sales, Accounting, and Production.
• Analytical mindset, autonomy, and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teaching skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a client-focused environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working with Odoo ERP.
• Background in consulting or digital transformation projects.
