About the Role
The Odoo Implementation Consultant acts as the link between clients and the ERP system, ensuring structured setup of data and core business processes. This role supports customers during implementation, from configuration to onboarding, helping them transition smoothly to Odoo without requiring programming responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Perform base Odoo configurations according to client requirements.
- Analyze, structure, and prepare client data (customers, suppliers, products, etc.).
- Prepare and execute data imports into Odoo.
- Deliver user training sessions on Odoo.
- Support clients during their first steps with the new ERP system.
- Collaborate with developers and other consultants when needed.
Required Skills
- Analytical mindset with a structured way of working.
- Strong interest in IT, software, data, and systems.
- Proficiency in Excel, including formulas and data structuring.
- Ability to understand business processes quickly.
- Willingness to learn and develop ERP knowledge.
- Fluency in Dutch and working knowledge of English or French.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Odoo or other ERP systems.
- Basic knowledge of programming concepts.
- Previous involvement in software implementation or data-related roles.
