About the Role
An Odoo Key User / Super User is sought for a manufacturing company operating in the large-format printing and POS materials production sector. The organization uses Odoo ERP and maintains its own internal development team. The position involves supporting system users, maintaining system configurations, and assisting business processes across multiple operational areas.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support to internal users working with Odoo and resolve functional issues.
- Configure and maintain system settings, including views, reports, and workflows without coding.
- Support production and commercial processes managed within Odoo, including orders, inventory, manufacturing, and sales.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the company and the external Odoo integration partner.
- Conduct onboarding and training sessions for new system users.
- Report, prioritize, and coordinate bug fixes and development requests with the internal development team.
Requirements
- Practical experience using Odoo from an end-user perspective, with at least 1-2 years of experience working in the system.
- Understanding of production and commercial processes, including order management, inventory, manufacturing, and sales.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with users of varying technical backgrounds.
- Higher education degree or current university studies.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of Odoo Manufacturing, Inventory, Purchase, and Sales modules.
- Experience as a Key User or Super User of another ERP system.
- Familiarity with manufacturing or printing industry environments.
