About the Role
The company is looking for an Odoo Software Developer to join its team in Florești, Cluj-Napoca. This is an on-site position focused on developing, extending, and customizing Odoo solutions. The role involves working on projects with complex business logic, collaborating with stakeholders, and contributing throughout the software development lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Extend and customize existing Odoo addons to meet business requirements.
- Design, develop, and implement new Odoo modules.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Participate in analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment activities.
- Test, debug, and optimize Odoo applications to ensure quality and performance.
- Provide end-user support by troubleshooting issues and assisting with Odoo-related inquiries.
- Stay up to date with new Odoo versions, features, and development best practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Odoo Developer.
- Strong understanding of Odoo architecture and development best practices.
- Proficiency in Python.
- Solid knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and design patterns.
- Experience with PostgreSQL and ORM.
- Familiarity with XML, QWeb, and JavaScript.
- Experience using Git or other version control systems.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an agile environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good written and spoken English communication skills.
- Proactive approach and willingness to continuously learn.
