About the Role
The Odoo Consultant and Developer will be based in Lucerne and will work across consulting, project management, and development activities. The position involves full ownership of projects, from understanding client needs to delivery and technical implementation, using Odoo and AI-driven tools.
Responsibilities:
- Understand client needs and prepare offers
- Configure and customize Odoo solutions
- Plan, manage, and successfully deliver projects
- Develop using Python and QWeb
- Use AI tools to improve delivery speed and quality
Requirements:
- Native-level German
- Fluent English, both written and spoken
- Full dedication and willingness to take responsibility
- Clear and friendly communication style
- Structured, curious, and hands-on working approach
