About the Role
The Odoo Specialist supports business operations through the configuration, customization, and maintenance of the Odoo system. The role focuses on identifying operational needs, developing system enhancements, training staff, and resolving technical issues. This position requires strong technical expertise and a process-optimization mindset. The role is based in Milan, offered as a full-time, on-site position, with remote arrangements also considered.
Responsibilities
- Configure and customize the Odoo system to support business operations
- Develop new functionalities and custom modules within Odoo.sh
- Integrate Odoo with other business systems
- Identify operational requirements and translate them into system solutions
- Train staff on effective system usage
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Contribute to ongoing process optimization initiatives
Required Skills
- Strong technical expertise in Odoo.sh development and configuration
- Experience designing custom modules and system integrations
- Proficiency in Python programming
- Knowledge of relational databases
- Understanding of business operations, inventory, and logistics processes
