About the Role
The company is seeking an ERP & Production Systems Specialist to maintain and further develop its ERP environment while supporting production preparation, data management, and process optimization.
The specialist will work with product configurations, bills of materials, production data, costing, planning, and internal users. The role also involves identifying opportunities to improve and automate administrative and operational processes.
Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and improve product configurations within the ERP system.
- Create and manage bills of materials and production structures.
- Maintain accurate production-related data.
- Prepare and adjust technical and production information for customized projects.
- Perform costing, pricing, and other calculations using ERP data.
- Ensure product, production, and process data remains accurate and up to date.
- Support production preparation activities.
- Support production planning.
- Identify opportunities to improve administrative and operational processes.
- Identify opportunities for process automation.
- Collaborate with colleagues across different departments.
- Help streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
- Provide practical ERP support to internal users.
- Investigate and resolve ERP-related issues.
- Contribute to the ongoing development and optimization of internal systems and processes.
Requirements
- Experience working with ERP systems in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Experience with bills of materials.
- Experience with production data or production planning.
