About the Role
The position focuses on leading Odoo implementation projects by combining business consulting, technical leadership, and project delivery responsibilities. The role involves working with stakeholders to analyze business requirements, designing scalable ERP solutions, and supporting integrations with external platforms. The position also includes mentoring team members and contributing to enterprise-level Odoo projects.
Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements with stakeholders
- Translate business needs into scalable Odoo solutions
- Advise clients on best practices across Odoo modules including Accounting, CRM, Procurement, Inventory, HR, Payroll, and Reporting
- Lead technical design and architecture for Odoo implementations
- Design integrations with third-party systems, APIs, and external platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery
- Support testing, user training, and go-live activities
- Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations
- Mentor junior team members and support technical development activities
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Odoo
- Strong expertise in Odoo architecture and customization best practices
- Proven experience in business analysis and client-facing consulting
- Ability to lead technical development activities
- Strong understanding of ERP processes across multiple business domains
- Experience with integrations including REST APIs, web services, and middleware
- English proficiency at C1 level
