About the Role

The ERP Process Manager will be responsible for managing, structuring, and optimizing business processes within Odoo. The role combines process governance, ERP implementation, performance monitoring, and user support, acting as a key link between business teams, IT, and Odoo integrators.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyse, map, and document key business processes integrated in Odoo, including sales, production, logistics, quality, maintenance, and QSE
  • Define target processes aligned with operational strategy and Odoo capabilities
  • Standardize and document ERP processes, procedures, and best practices
  • Ensure consistency and alignment across Odoo modules
  • Lead or co-lead Odoo implementation, evolution, and process optimization projects
  • Configure workflows, automations, business rules, forms, and control points in Odoo
  • Identify gaps between operational practices and ERP-defined processes and propose corrective actions
  • Contribute to continuous process improvement and data reliability in Odoo
  • Define, deploy, and monitor process-related KPIs within Odoo
  • Use Odoo data to assess process efficiency, compliance, and robustness
  • Participate in process reviews and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Train and support users in adopting Odoo processes
  • Provide functional, business-level support related to process issues
  • Centralize and prioritize ERP and process improvement needs
  • Act as an interface between operational teams, IT, and Odoo integrators

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in process management and or ERP systems, ideally with Odoo
  • Strong understanding of industrial or operational business processes, including sales, production, supply chain, quality, and maintenance
  • Ability to model and document processes using BPMN, flow diagrams, or procedures
  • Experience with functional configuration of Odoo or an equivalent ERP system
  • Ability to define and use ERP-based performance indicators
  • Strong process, continuous improvement, and operational performance mindset
  • Ability to translate business needs into ERP solutions
  • Experience supporting change management and user adoption
  • Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented approach
  • Strong communication and coordination skills across multiple stakeholders
  • Higher education degree at Bachelor or Master level in industrial management, information systems, process management, or a related field
  • At least three years of experience in a similar role
