About the Role
STeSI is looking for a Functional Analyst who will work with Odoo as the main daily tool. The role requires a strong understanding of business processes and the ability to analyze client needs, identify functional solutions, and support companies through technology-driven improvements. The position involves direct interaction with clients and requires both creative thinking and a structured approach.
Responsibilities
- Conduct software demonstrations for potential clients.
- Supervise assigned projects or specific functional areas.
- Analyze and qualify client requirements.
- Identify functional solutions within Odoo, its libraries, and possible workarounds.
- Communicate with clients to understand their business needs and provide recommendations based on experience and expertise.
- Support client processes through the use of available technologies.
Requirements
- Degree or proven professional experience in similar roles.
- Interest in IT and technological tools.
- Excellent written English skills and good spoken English comprehension.
- Creativity, independence, and proactive approach.
- Availability for short business trips to clients across the country.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
- Knowledge of at least one interpreted programming language such as PHP or Python.
- Basic knowledge of relational databases.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience with ERP systems, preferably Odoo.
- Previous experience as a Functional Analyst.
- Knowledge of MVC programming.
- Strong analytical skills.
