About the Role
The Project Manager / Odoo Consultant role combines project leadership with functional ERP consulting. This position supports customers throughout the full lifecycle of Odoo projects—from initial concept through implementation—while translating business processes such as HR, accounting, and inventory management into effective digital workflows. The role is ideal for a hands-on professional who thrives in dynamic project environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead Odoo software projects using agile methodologies and manage product backlogs
- Analyze, structure, and prioritize complex customer requirements
- Act as the main interface between customers and development teams, ensuring transparent communication
- Support sales activities, including preparation of offers for new Odoo projects
- Guide customers from concept to successful ERP implementation
Required Skills
- Strong experience with ERP systems, ideally Odoo (certification is an advantage)
- Excellent self-organization skills in a multi-project environment
- Deep understanding of data-driven and digital business processes
- Confident communication skills for customer consulting and requirements analysis
- Very good German and English language skills
