About the Role
UAB Via laurea is looking for a Business Process Analyst to join its IT team. The role involves working with new and existing clients, supporting project delivery, and collaborating across departments to implement Odoo-based business solutions. The position requires analytical thinking, strong communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. The role is based in KlaipÄ—da.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute projects.
- Demonstrate software solutions to clients.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients while understanding their business needs.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and optimization.
- Perform administrative activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams and develop expertise in the Odoo platform.
Requirements
- Knowledge of project management principles.
- Understanding of business processes.
