About the Role
This Odoo Developer position involves technical analysis, custom application development, and system integrations. After comprehensive Odoo training, the role requires working with project managers and business consultants to implement scalable ERP solutions. The role is suitable for remote, hybrid, or office-based arrangements and focuses on delivering client-centric ERP implementations.
Responsibilities
- Conduct technical analyses and develop custom Odoo applications
- Integrate Odoo with external tools and systems
- Collaborate with project managers and business consultants
- Participate in technical brainstorming and problem-solving sessions
- Document code and track project progress
- Ensure quality and adherence to best practices
- Manage project tasks from development to deployment
Requirements
- Professional fluency in Dutch and English
- Proficiency in Python; knowledge of JavaScript, Owl, and XML is a plus
- Experience with Odoo ERP implementations preferred
- Familiarity with GIT, Scrum, Docker, Linux platforms, and relational databases (SQL, PostgreSQL)
- Initiative-driven with strong technical problem-solving skills
- Team-oriented with ability to contribute innovative solutions
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Knowledge of additional programming languages (e.g., PHP, Java) is a plus
