About the Role
UAB Honestus is looking for a Python / Odoo Developer to join its international team. The role focuses on developing and customizing Odoo ERP solutions for clients, creating maintainable software, and contributing to system improvements. The position is suitable for a specialist who values clean code, thoughtful architecture, and the opportunity to influence solution development.
Responsibilities
- Develop and customize Odoo ERP solutions for international clients.
- Create and adapt custom modules using Python and Odoo technologies.
- Write clean, efficient, and modular code to ensure system performance and maintainability.
- Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and international team members.
- Participate in code reviews and pair programming sessions.
- Share technical knowledge and contribute to engineering best practices.
- Focus on delivering high-value solutions while maintaining an efficient workflow.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Odoo development, including programming and custom module development.
- Strong knowledge of Python and Odoo ORM.
- Understanding of Odoo module architecture and business process workflows.
- Ability to write clean, readable code and develop sustainable solutions.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex technical problems independently.
- Good English communication skills for working in an international environment.
