About the Role
The Odoo Integration Consultant will work on client projects, particularly in the financial services sector, delivering Odoo implementations from scratch. The consultant will analyze business needs, configure and integrate Odoo modules, adapt workflows, and support users through training and documentation. Additionally, the consultant will contribute to Delta’s internal development initiatives and act as a subject-matter expert for colleagues.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze specific business requirements in accounting, taxation, customer management, and reporting
- Design functional and technical architecture in Odoo
- Configure and implement Odoo modules (Accounting, Invoicing, CRM, Document Management, etc.)
- Adapt and customize business workflows
- Manage data migration and validation (if applicable)
- Prepare functional and technical documentation
- Support users through training and change management
- Ensure quality, compliance, and stability of deployed solutions
- Participate in internal development initiatives and support colleagues with technical expertise
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Odoo integration projects
- Experience with projects implemented from scratch
- Strong knowledge of fiduciary and accounting processes
- Proficiency in Odoo functional configuration
Preferred Skills:
- Odoo development (Python)
- Experience in data migration or data import
- User training experience
- Knowledge of local accounting standards
