About the Role
The ERP Consultant will lead and deliver NetSuite implementations, integrations, and advisory projects. The role involves analyzing client business processes, designing ERP solutions, conducting workshops, mentoring junior consultants, and ensuring successful project delivery. The position is client-facing and requires managing complex, multi-subsidiary projects, with opportunities to work on both local and international engagements.
Responsibilities:
- Lead multi-subsidiary ERP implementations and integrations, ensuring seamless rollout
- Analyze and map client business processes, identifying optimization opportunities
- Design complex ERP solutions aligned with strategic goals
- Advise clients on best practices for business process improvement
- Facilitate functional and technical workshops, mapping requirements to ERP capabilities
- Conduct architectural assessments and recommend improvements for existing solutions
- Mentor and support junior consultants
- Manage the client journey from discovery to training and long-term partnership
- Ensure high-quality project delivery and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Strong functional and/or technical knowledge of ERP modules
- Proven experience leading mid- to large-scale ERP implementations, ideally NetSuite
- Deep understanding of business processes, ERP configuration impacts, and solution design
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proven project management and stakeholder engagement experience
- Excellent English; Finnish or other European languages are a plus
- Flexibility to travel for onsite project milestones
- NetSuite certifications (SuiteFoundation, Administrator, ERP Consultant) are advantageous
