About the Role
IT Consultancy is looking for an experienced Odoo ERP Consultant with strong technical expertise and a solid understanding of business operations. The role involves leading implementation projects, configuring Odoo environments, and helping clients identify effective and practical solutions tailored to their operational needs.
The position requires hands-on experience with Odoo deployments, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage projects from analysis through post-implementation support.
Responsibilities
- Lead workshops to analyze client requirements and map business processes
- Configure and customize Odoo based on client needs
- Deliver product demonstrations and proof-of-concept presentations
- Implement Odoo solutions within client environments
- Train users on customized Odoo setups
- Provide post-implementation support and assist with change management
- Collaborate with developers on custom features and system modifications
- Identify gaps between existing business processes and standard Odoo functionalities
- Recommend suitable implementation approaches based on project requirements
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Odoo deployment and configuration
- Strong knowledge of multiple Odoo modules, including Accounting, Sales, Inventory, Purchasing, and Manufacturing
- Proven experience managing full-cycle Odoo implementation projects
- Strong understanding of Odoo capabilities, limitations, and customization options
- Experience working with Odoo in different business environments
- Experience with data migration and system integrations
- Knowledge of Odoo extensions and add-on modules
- Understanding of the Odoo data model
