About the Role
The MTS Consulting department is looking to hire a Business Analyst to oversee Odoo ERP software implementation projects. As a Business Analyst, you will be in direct contact with clients, assisting them in utilizing Odoo software effectively. Your main responsibilities will include analyzing client needs, identifying improvement opportunities, and recommending the best solutions. You will ensure the successful implementation of management solutions and maintain client trust throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain client trust.
- Analyze client requirements and recommend solutions.
- Implement agreed-upon solutions through configuration and development.
- Manage project timelines and keep clients informed of progress.
- Organize and monitor Odoo implementations.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Strong multitasking ability.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Autonomous, flexible, and proactive.
- An interest in the tech industry.
Required Qualifications:
- Background in Business Administration or a related field.
- Fluency in Spanish and Catalan (English is a plus).
- Willingness to travel.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with ERP software implementations.
- Advanced expertise in Odoo.
- Odoo Certification.
- Knowledge of accounting.
- Additional language skills (English, French, German).
