About the Role
The Specialized Odoo Consultant – Finance & HR leads end-to-end ERP implementations, guiding clients from initial analysis to final deployment. This role focuses on understanding organizational processes and translating them into effective Odoo configurations within financial management, accounting, and human resources domains. The consultant works closely with developers, project managers, and fellow consultants to ensure solutions are aligned with business requirements and delivered to high-quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle Odoo implementations for finance, accounting, and HR functions
- Conduct workshops and interviews to analyze current and target business processes
- Align organizational workflows with Odoo capabilities
- Prepare comprehensive functional reports for technical teams
- Configure ERP environments in collaboration with clients
- Test and validate implemented solutions to ensure compliance with requirements
- Deliver training sessions, documentation, and structured workflows for users
- Support key users throughout change management processes
- Collaborate with developers and project teams on custom functionalities
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Strong understanding of financial management, accounting, and HR processes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex business challenges
- Entrepreneurial attitude and confidence in decision-making
- Ability to understand client needs and translate them into functional solutions
- Fluent Portuguese (spoken and written)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in ERP implementations or business process optimization
- Previous consulting experience
- Fluency in English
