MTS is expanding its Consulting department and is seeking an Odoo Functional Consultant to support ERP software implementation projects. The role involves working closely with clients to improve business processes and ensure effective use of the Odoo platform.
About the Role
The Odoo Functional Consultant will work under the supervision of a Project Manager and collaborate directly with clients throughout the implementation process. The position focuses on analyzing business needs, identifying improvement opportunities, and delivering suitable ERP solutions tailored to each client’s requirements.
Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with clients and maintain effective communication
- Analyze client needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Implement agreed solutions through configuration and development processes
- Monitor project progress and communicate project status and ongoing tasks
- Organize and oversee Odoo implementation activities
- Support clients in improving operational and management processes
Requirements
- Advanced knowledge of Odoo
- Experience implementing ERP or management software solutions
- Spanish language proficiency
- Availability to travel
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
- Good communication skills
- Autonomous, proactive, and flexible approach to work
- Interest in technology and software environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Odoo certification
- Knowledge of accounting processes
- Background in business administration or related fields
- Additional language skills such as Catalan, English, French, or German
