About the Role
The Senior Odoo Consultant will play a strategic role in designing, managing, and implementing modular and scalable ERP solutions. This position involves working on complex projects and guiding clients through their digital transformation. Functional expertise and the ability to advise business leaders will make the consultant a key contact for strategic consulting missions.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end ERP projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and client satisfaction
- Analyze business needs and define functional solutions
- Configure and customize Odoo modules (CRM, sales, purchasing, accounting, HR, etc.)
- Mentor and support junior consultants and technical teams
- Prepare functional and technical specifications
- Oversee testing, user acceptance, and production deployment
- Provide user training and post-deployment support
- Participate in pre-sales activities such as demonstrations, estimations, and proposals
- Advise clients on optimizing business processes and strategic decisions
Requirements
- Proven experience as a functional or technical Odoo consultant
- Strong understanding of business processes (finance, logistics, HR, etc.)
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently and rigorously
- Experience in strategic consulting assignments
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- Fluency in French and English (spoken and written)
- Knowledge of Python and PostgreSQL is a plus
- Odoo certification or experience in an ERP consulting firm is an advantage
